I have posted up the podcast where you can listen to part 2 of the audio version of Lord of Death for free. It is not the original audio, so if you would like the audiobook without ads and much better sound quality, you can find the audiobook HERE. The audiobook is about 40 minutes long, so I divided the audio into two episodes. This episode is the completion of Thomas’s story. I hope you enjoy hearing this story as much as I enjoyed writing it.

I was delighted to discover that The Dragon’s Call Audiobook just received an amazingly thorough review! Check it out HERE.
Meanwhile, the reviewer notes that the sequel has been long delayed.
I have to apologize to those who have taken the time to read Cecily and Derek’s story. As the reviewer notes, I did experience a several personal tragedies while writing the sequel: my father passed, I experienced two separate miscarriages, then my husband passed during the writing of this story.
As a result it has taken a long time to stabilize and the word count has suffered as a result.
Derek and Cecily’s tale is still a work in progress though the actual writing process has been hampered.
The sequel to The Dragon’s Call will be named The Dragon Throne and, while the first half of the sequel is complete, the second half is still in the process of completion.
Nonetheless, it is always a wonderful boost when readers enjoy the story, and definitely helps boost the writing process forward.
I thank those who have read this story so much for their continued support along with the notes I have received from those who can’t wait to find out what happens to Derek and Cecily.
The site is finally up and ready! There are still some links missing here and there, but for the most part the site is functional.
I’ve also placed up the word count on The Dragon Throne, and started rereading over the manuscript to get back in rhythm with the storyline.
The word count so far is over 105k words total. The editing and rewriting process will decide whether I split the story into a trilogy instead of making it a duology. I’m leaning toward splitting the story into two small novellas since this is a YA storyline, but once the story arch is completed I will know for certain.
In any case, after a long hiatus, I’m cranking myself back into gear.
Wish me luck.
She’s done an absolutely beautiful job!
I’ve also been thinking long and hard about whether or not to split up the story or publish it as one book. As of right now, the entire manuscript reads over 105k words – and I’m still not finished. Because of this, I decided that it would be a better idea to split the manuscript in half, making Dragon Kin and The Dragon Throne into 50k+ word novellas. I wasn’t certain I should do this at first, but at this point the word count is too lengthy to leave as is for a YA novel.
There are some upsides and downsides to this – the downside being that some readers might actually prefer the thicker novel of over 105k words. The upside is that I’ll be able to edit and publish Dragon Kin much sooner than I had hoped. I might even have it ready for publishing mid-2016.
In any case, Mihaela will also design the covers for the following novellas in the trilogy ^.^
So, here it is.
Dragon Kin has been submitted to IWW for editing and is running the gauntlet.
The Dragon Throne is in the last stages and, like every ending, is difficult for me to write. But I’m getting there.
Wish me tons of coffee, patience, and good luck ^.^
I’ve been trying for some time to get Dreams Both Real and Strange I posted as FREE on Amazon.
Unfortunately, Amazon, engaged in their downward spiraling tred of doom, is not being quite as helpful as they once were.
In fact, when I sent an email to the KDP dept., this was the letter I received in response:
